Board Certified Criminal Defense AttorneyJustin W. Low was raised in Odessa, Texas where he graduated from Permian High School and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. He graduated summa cum laude (Top 2%) from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 1995. While at St. Mary's, he was participated in the St. Mary's Criminal Justice Clinic where, as a third year law student, he was allowed to practice criminal law under the tutelage of experienced criminal attorneys. He became a member of the John Harlen Society, and the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity; both of which are limited to those in the top ten percent of the class. Justin is licensed to practice in Texas State and Federal Courts including the 5 th ‘Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
His practice is focused primarily on criminal defense. Over his 11 years of practice he has successfully handled hundreds of criminal cases from DWI to Federal felonies including Drug Conspiracy charges to Income Tax Evasion. He is experienced in all aspects of criminal defense from motions to suppress evidence to jury trials.
